Therapy for Creative Individuals & Couples

Making the choice to begin therapy is the first step toward healing and transforming your life and relationships.

What is Integrative Psychotherapy?

The word integrate refers to the process of combining elements so that they become a unified whole. Although modalities vary, in my practice this term refers to a therapeutic process grounded in psychodynamic psychology, which considers how early experiences may contribute to our present circumstances, and provides a frame for exploring what is conscious and unconscious in your life. I integrate trauma-informed somatic psychology (TRM), creative methods, dream work, and certified EMDR where appropriate. I value this approach to psychotherapy because I believe it honors the unique humanity of each individual by treating the whole person; body, mind, and soul.
