Therapy for Adults, Adolescents, & Couples
Making the choice to begin therapy is the first step toward finding relief from suffering, so that you can start the process of healing and transforming your life and relationships.
Why Integrative Psychotherapy?
The term “integrate” can be defined as the process of combing elements so that they become a unified whole. Although integrative methods vary, in my practice this refers to a therapeutic process that is grounded in psychodynamic psychology, which considers how early experiences may contribute to your present circumstances. I incorporate elements of mindfulness practices, trauma-informed somatic psychology, creative methods, and dreamwork where appropriate. I value an integrative approach to therapy because I believe it honors the unique humanity of each of my clients by placing the focus on treating the whole person; body, mind, and spirit.
